Last Wednesday, 25-year-old Chase Allan was shot and killed by five police officers after he refused to provide identification and get out of his car during a routine traffic stop. Body camera footage shows Allan arguing with the officer, and refusing to get out of the car. After forcing open the car door, one of the officers noticed that the suspect was holding a weapon and alerted his colleagues. The officers did not give him time to use it.
