The Maryland Attorney General's office released a video showing the escape of a stolen car that hit another car, a pedestrian, and a building that collapsed onto the cars. The driver was arrested, but the pedestrian, 54-year-old Alfred Fincher, unfortunately lost his life at the scene of the accident. Authorities are still investigating the circumstances of this fatal car chase that occurred in East Baltimore on February 8.
