A looter is punished by the Turkish army (Warning - shocking)

In Turkey, they don't joke with looters, who are systematically beaten up by the police, or as here, by soldiers of the army. This might seem normal to some, but we have the right to wonder if the looters steal valuable goods such as jewels or electronics, or food to support their families... In such a context of anarchy, anything is possible.
