A disturbing video of road rage has surfaced, showing a woman brandishing a pet dog as a weapon against its owner. A driver in Dartmouth, Halifax, captured the incident on his dashcam. It shows a female motorist taking her owner's small dog and using it to physically assault her. The altercation between four women took place on July 1 at 5:30 p.m., which led to a call to Halifax Regional Police in the 600 block of Windmill Road in Dartmouth. It was reported that two women in one vehicle had confronted two other women in another vehicle, accusing them of cutting them off at a drive-through. Although police arrived at the scene, those involved declined to press charges of assault. While initial reports indicated that a dog was involved in the altercation, the extent of the violence did not become apparent until after the in-car camera footage was released. When officers arrived, they inspected the two dogs in one of the vehicles and found them to be in good health.
