4 scum beat a 30 year old woman to steal her belongings

Philadelphia Police are looking for four teenagers who attacked and robbed a 30-year-old woman near Rittenhouse Square on Sunday evening. The attack was captured on video, showing the teens pushing the woman to the ground, punching and kicking her, and then stealing her belongings before running away.
