Here is a shocking incident in which a young man in his twenties was kidnapped by four men on a Sunday morning in a small square in the old center of Villeparisis. The kidnappers were armed with a shotgun and the young man was punched, thrown into the trunk of a car, and hit in the head before being thrown into the trunk again and kicked. The car then fled the scene and the victim has not been identified or found. The police are investigating and it is suspected that the kidnapping may be related to the narcotics world or banditry.
