Stealing catalytic converters has been very popular in recent years, but this thief chose the wrong car to do it in. The owner noticed, and hit him with a metal rod, preventing him from getting out from under his vehicle. Beaten, the thief under the truck swears he didn't mean any harm... he was certainly changing the oil for free!
